All Weather Safe Rooms 
The All Weather Safe is an all-welded, reinforced, thick steel unit engineered to exceed FEMA's national performance criteria. The All Weather Safe can be installed in a variety of places such as:
  • A new home or office in the pre-construction stage
  • The garage or patio of an existing home
  • Outside of an existing home or business
  • Day care centers
  • Churches
  • Military bases
  • Camping facilities
  • Schools

Lifesaver Underground Storm Shelters:
Lifesaver Storm Shelters offer safe, comfortable shelters with seating capacity for 4, 6, 10, 12, or 20 adults.  These shelters are constructed of fiberglass, stainless steel hardware, and a plastic honeycomb composite floor system that won't rot or leak.

Refuge Underground Storm Shelters:
The Refuge Storm Shelters offer safety and comfort with extra head room (ceiling heights of 6'2" to 6'10").  Three models are available with seating capacity of 6, 8, or 15 people. They are constructed of fiberglass and include molded-in seating.  Handrails and all-weather carpet provide safe entrance.

The All Weather Saferoom, Refuge, and Lifesaver models of storm shelters and safe rooms can be wired for phone, electricity and TV cable after installation.
