The FamilySAFE is an all-welded, reinforced, thick steel unit engineered to exceed FEMA's national performance criteria.
The unit has the strongest door available in the industry with several safety escape features incorporated in the design.
Because the FamilySAFE is prefabricated in a controlled environment, the on-site work is greatly reduced. The unit
is delivered as a single piece unit, moved into place and bolted down using the HILTI anchorage system that is best for your
slab. The total process usually takes less than a couple hours.
It makes a great addition to any home, garage or shop. Safe rooms are available in 4x6, 4x8, 6x6, 6x8, 8x8, 8 x
10 and 8x12 sizes.
Lifesaver Underground Storm Shelters:
Lifesaver Storm Shelters offer safe, comfortable shelters with seating capacity for four, six, ten, or even eighteen
adults.
These shelters are constructed of fiberglass, stainless steel hardware, and a plastic honeycomb composite floor system
that won't rot or leak.
Lifesaver shelters only protrude about eight inches above the ground and can be installed in a single day in most cases
without large machinery, meaning there is minimal damage to your lawn or property.
Refuge Underground Storm Shelters:
The Refuge Storm Shelters offer safety and comfort with extra head room (ceiling heights of 6'2" to 6'10").
Three models are available with seating capacity of six, eight or fifteen people.
They are constructed of fiberglass and include molded-in seating and shelf space for emergency supplies such as water
bottles, batteries, flashlights, first aid kit, etc. Handrails and all-weather carpet provide safe entrance.
